Membrane Disc Filters for Pre-filtration to Final /sterile
Membrane disc filters are micro-porous polymeric composition with specific pore rating to retain particles or microorganisms that are larger in size than proposed pore size of membrane filter. PoreTek offers Nylon and cellulose nitrate membrane filters with uniformity in pores across manufacture. Each membrane lot has passed through the stringent qualification criteria as per PDA TR 26, before release. Micro glass fiber filters are available for pre-filtration application to removal larger particle size or to enhance the performance of final/sterile grade membrane filters.

Pristine grade Nylon66 polymers restructured into micro porous films with or without supporting layer, hydrophilic white membrane filters. Offering wide chemical compatibility and available in 0.1µm/0.22µm/0.45µm/0.65µm,0.8 µm,1.2 µm & 5µm.

Cellulose Nitrate Membrane filters (MFCN)
Non-migrating media, hydrophilic CN filters offers biological inertness and absolute pore rating. Offering wide chemical compatibility and available in 0.1µm/0.22µm/0.45µm/0.65µm,0.8 µm,1.2 µm & 5µm.
Cartridge Filters for Pre-filtration to Final /sterile
PoreTek cartridge filters are designed and developed for simple quick, efficient particle or bacteria filtration of aqueous or solvent solutions and gases application used in lab, pilot-plant and production scale. These are ready to use filters and offered with various adaptor to filter housings. Manufacturing process doesn’t use any type of binders and adhesive. All filters are pre-flushed with purified water/high surface tension fluid to reduce extractables.

- Highly chemical compatible PP caging with polyester supporting layer and high performance PES membrane
- Qualified for autoclavable stability :30 cycles at 125 ºC for 30 min
- Microbial retention qualified as per ASTM & PDA TR <26> i.e. 0.22 µm LRV >7 for Brevundimonas diminuta and 0.45 µm LRV >7 for Serratia marcescens
- 100% Integrity tested for Bubble Point and Diffusion Flow

PES cartridge filter
PES cartridge filter offer with excellent low protein binding property and pH compatibility (3-12 pH). Available in 0.22µm and 0.45µm rating for critical application such as WFI, Buffers, vaccine production, Sterile filtration of injectable etc.
PTFE cartridge filter offer with excellent hydrophobicity and very
low pH compatibility Available in 0.22µm and 0.45µm rating for critical application such as acidic solution filtration, highly aggressive solution filtration and air/gas/venting application.
